Why I started Azul Scale
The founder's story
I realized there were a lot of people in my family and close friends who had service businesses. They could honestly have a great business, but what ended up happening is that they didn't have the right tools to support what they were doing.
Maybe they fell in love with their trade for a certain reason. They liked doing plumbing, or painting, or building things. But they fell out of love with it because of the extra stuff they didn't really plan ahead with. They didn't think they were going to have to handle getting clients, maintaining an online presence, responding to messages on time. All that extra weight that comes with running a business.
And that frustrated me. Seeing talented people lose opportunities not because their work was bad, but because they didn't have the systems to capture and convert those opportunities. So I decided to do something about it.
In a world where so many people are paying for stuff they don't even know what they're getting in return, I just want to sell simple solutions. Systems that just work.
