3. SMS Messaging Terms

As part of our services, we may send text messages (SMS) to mobile phone numbers provided to us by our clients or their leads. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms:

Opt-in: You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms or by responding with a subscription keyword.

Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Upon texting "STOP," you will no longer receive messages from our number.

HELP: If you need assistance, you can text "HELP" to any message you receive from us for support information. You can also contact us by email.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan and provider. We are not responsible for such charges.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive messages related to appointments, reminders, service updates, lead follow-up, and marketing communications. Frequency depends on the type of service and your interaction with our system.

Carrier Liability: We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors caused by telecommunications carriers. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
